Store pets now a days go for around a mid 2010 rare so I think you are on the right track, but you may want to swap the 10 rat with another 10 rare considering the bad demand that rats have.

i don't know how much the red cerberus goes for these days, is this fair?

The UR tiger dog is equal to the sunjewel which both of them are VERY valuable. The red Cerberus is on the September list so that doesn’t really add up. The two UR donkeys still don’t help it add up to the UR tiger dog making this unfair to you.

Please keep in mind that both sides of the trade contains very high demanded pets.
The red cerb goes for about a non. Zonkyey goes for 1-2 nons. So their side is worth around 3-5 nons. The UR Tiger is worth 5 nons just by rarity & it's worth more with demand. So it would be unfair.

I agree, tiger's usually go for 6-7 nons, making it unfair to you.

I most certainly would, that’s literally the best trade i’ve seen for the peas
Although the UR B-wolf has a little unsatisfactory demand, this to me is extreme overpay because of the rarity of the butterfly wolf, and it’s placement on the list.

Your growing malk is from '10, however the outcomes of this set are either uncommon. As for the other side, their rat is from '09 even though the rat have a low demand(the other pets are small, but still increased the value in their side of the trade), therefore the trade is unfair to the other side.
