For the first one, it depends on how much you value your kitty. You have a fair chance of a '10 rare or uncommon so it's on you.

The second one I'd say its unfair, your BW has a 1/3 chance of being VR which would be worth more then UC horses. Though you should check the Dec 18 Fair trade thread.
