Rarity wise, it's unfair to them by their grinner. Demand wise, I would recommend keeping the UR holly. The UR flower tends to go for underpay. Unless you are looking specifically for the flower, I would say to stay with the UR Holly.

Still very unfair to you. Your rose pps is worth about 5 times their cat to put it in perspective. I would recommend locking your rose pps until you know the true value.

The UR bee seems much easier to trade off, in my opinion. The july pps doesn't have bad demand, but the UR bee has better demand. (although demand is user-based, so it is up to you and your partner).

Because the dog is still growing there is no way to determine yet if it will be the Rare or the Very Rare outcome.

With that said, if it ends up being the Rare outcome the trade is mostly fair. The 2016 Store pet is worth a Mid 2010 Rare. Two 2010 Rares are worth a 2009 Rare.

However, if it ends up being the Very Rare outcome you are underpaying by a 2009 Rare.

I think this is fair but you could probably get more/better if you don't like the pets they're offering
