The first trade includes a Rose Rat which is Tier 1 on the Advent compared to your X-PPS which is bottom tier on the Main List. My gut instinct is that the trade is unfair.
The second trade includes a Heavy Speckled Rat which is four tiers above the X-PPS. That being said, as a rat it has less demand,
so it would depend on your interests in demand with the rat versus the pps dog.
