If my rarity math is correct, the other person needs to add around the worth of 7 '10 uncommons. Your side is worth 3 '09 rares. The other side is worth 2' '09 rares and a '10 uncommon.

I agree they need to add 7 '10 uncommons, or 1 '10 rare and 3 '10 uncommons, or they can just get rid of the uncommon and add another 2009 rare.
(valuing 4 uncommon=1 rare and 2 2010 rares= 1 2009 rare)
