Tabitha's life came crumbling down two years ago, she was at rock bottom but didn't realize it would get worse once the virus started. Through high school, she was part of the cheerleading team. She wasn't like the other cheerleaders though. She enjoyed hanging out with guys, drifting, and getting trucks muddy. She was always more on the wild side. Her dad was a firefighter and he died her sophomore year of high school. She and her mom had to go identify the corpse. It was an Image she could not even dare to get out of her head. His face was burnt beyond recognition. They had to take a tooth out to determine if it was really her father. After this Tabitha changed completely, she quit the cheerleading team. She cut communication with everyone and stopped going to school, laying in bed without a purpose. She was later diagnosed with depression and was hospitalized due to substance abuse. A couple months later she started to have night terrors about her father, she was diagnosed with PDSD. Just when things couldn't get worse the virus started. People were dropping like flies, her mom got sick one day after a trip to the supermarket. When she died she turned into... a monster. Tabitha ran out of the house taking her mom's car, credit card, and her dad's gun. She needed everything she could to help her figure out what was going on. People like her mom started to appear and attack. She fled North for shelter.

Elias was nineteen when everything went down. He lived at home with practically his whole family. He was born in Ireland you see, and the family was practically inseparable. They had a big house, his grandparents shared a room while he and his little brother who was fourteen shared another one as well. His parents also had a room and there was a guest room as well. They were usually out a lot going on road trips or out to eat. When news came out about people dying from the common cold they shrugged it off. They all got an expensive vaccine that was supposed to 'help' prevent infection. Then people started coming back to life. Rotting aggressive bodies, the town ordered an evacuation and he and his family fled to a camp for survivors. Everything was great, he learned to protect himself and kill the roamers. He could protect his family, which was all he ever wanted to do. One night as they all slept in camp a bunch of roamers attacked the camp. he fought back trying to kill as many as possible. They were too many and once he realized it he ran for his life. Once he had reached safety he realized his family was nowhere to be found. He had seen them escape but no one had seen them for miles. He went out on a search for them but has lost hope.

xxxxxxxxxxA A typical city boy from a rich family. Robbie always lived in a busy city with bustling nightlife. With great confidence in his good looks and smooth words, Robbie has always been a massive flirt. He will pretty much flirt with any person he meets and has ocassionaly earnt a slap or a punch from a jealous girlfriend/boyfriend. He can be hot-headed and isn't one who will back down from a fight. His loudmouthed tendencies and eagerness to fight back with a witty remark means ocasionally he offends someone. Yeah he might rub some people the wrong way and engage in the occasional fight but in general, people enjoy his company since he's always there with a quick remark or funny joke to keep spirits up. Robbie thought he had his life all sorted out, he was living the dream and spending all his days partying with the social elite and fooling around with anyone he could get. He had planned for life to keep going like this, for everything to stay perfect for him to live a life of neverending fun but oh boy was his life about to get turned upside down.

When that stupid 'cold' struck and everyone fell ill, Robbie felt so lost and didn't know what to do or how to help all his friends who had fallen ill. Then when the first roamers rose and everything fell to chaos, Robbie was forced to leave everything he knew and loved behind and he was brutally pushed into an unforgiving world where for the first time in his life he had to do everything for himself and his world was no longer just about flirting and partying. Instinct took over and Robbie taught himself how to live in this new world and how to protect himself from the roamers. Never had he felt happier about his athletic ability and good aim.

One day whilst raiding a house for supplies, Robbie came across a dog. It was chained up in the yard and was devastatingly thin. Around it lay several deal roamers, unquestionably killed by the dog. Unchaining the dog, Robbie shared a small portion of food with the dog before leaving. However, for the next few days, the dog followed wherever Robbie went. Robbie referred to the dog as 'buddy' a few times but then this became a name that stuck. Now Robbie had found a friend in this desolate world. Buddy proved to be very handy, occasionally coming back from woodlands with a rabbit or pigeon in his jaws that the two friends could share as a meal. Buddy is fiercly loyal to his new master and is extremely protective. Robbie definitely enjoyed the company of the dog and the two became good friends.

The world was no longer what it was and Robbie was going to have to do all he can to survive.

Lily has a lot of curiosity and has a sense of adventure and is quite outgoing and is always excited about trying something new. She is also quite an artistic and creative girl who has a passion for sketching and drawing as well as photography. Lily can get along with almost anyone she meets. She may usually be friendly and outgoing, but if she is upset she can become much quieter than usual, becoming more withdrawn from the world and therefore making it quite easy for the people around her to spot when she is upset. However, her bubbly care free attitude can sometimes mean that she is quite careless and forgetful but she usually manages to find a way to fix everything.

Lily is an only child who had quite a good childhood. Born and raised in London, England, she is the daughter of two loving parents, Johnathon Max Redwood and Leanne Catherine Redwood. With no siblings, she was very close to her golden retriever Rosie with whom she grew up with. Her father was a teacher in a secondary school and her mother was a waitress in a local cafe. Both were much loved in the neighborhood and Lily loved her parents very much. They weren't the richest family in the world but they were happy. However, when Lily was twelve, tragedy struck. It was her birthday and her mother was caught up at work so she tried to rush home for dinner. In her rush, Lily's mother did not see a car pulling out from a corner and you can guess what happened, she crashed. Lily and her father were both devastated. Her father went into depression for three years, he quit his job and also started drinking. Lily had to start to take care of her father and worked many jobs in order to support her and her father. As time went on, her father got worse and worse and his health deteriorated. When the virus hit, her father was one of the first to get ill. Being the only family she had in this country, Lily was devastated and spent ever waking moment trying to help her father. But slowly, he became different. His skin grew pale and he stank of rotting flesh. Lily could tell that something wasn't right and that soon, the thing in front of her was no longer her father.

Losing the only thing she had, Lily raced home, packed all her things and grabbed Rosie before running for her life. However on their first night, they were attacked by a hoard of roamers, Lily did all she could but that was not enough as she had to watch her best friend Rosie be torn apart by the hoard. Lily was never the same since, maybe it was weird to be that close to a dog but Lily loved her dog very much. After that, a certain coldness and determination grew in Lily. She had to keep surviving, for her mum, for her dad and for Rosie. After all the years taking care of her father, Lily had picked up many skills and was a very resourceful girl. She had always been very good in school and her intelligence matched with her natural resourcefulness meant that she was able to adapt to the new, dangerous world very quickly and soon learnt how to keep herself safe. She never takes any unnecessary risks and is always one to stop and think before rushing into anything. This has helped her survive as long as she has and hopefully, she will keep on surviving for much longer.

↠ synopsis • Born the daughter of a single father, who worked as a cop, Emory knew early on that
life doesn't always give you what you want. Her dad worked in a neighborhood that was less than desirable,
and so, spent a lot of his free time teaching Emory self defense or taking her to the shooting range. On his
days off, the pair would go hiking in the woods with a scout troop, and, after several camping trips in middle
school, the girl was proclaimed an unofficial adventure scout. She loved the woods and adored spending time
learning survival skills with her father- though making fires without flint is still a mystery to her.

When the outbreak started, Emory was prepared for the worst. Always a bit of an oddball, the girl developed
an obsession at an early age with monsters and the supernatural, and that included zombies. Out of all the
lore she heard, zombies and aliens were the two things Emory always thought could exist. Of course, reality is
always more of a nightmare than one's fantasies. Emory's father died trying to suppress the outbreak with the
other police force. Emory ran, making the most of the skills that she always took for granted and saw as fun.
She still holds an extreme fascination with the zombies, and practically wants to dissect and study one to see
how they function.

Aside from the looming nightmare that's occurring, Emory is a pretty relaxed person to be around. She's clever,
and a quick study who's always eager to learn something new. Seemingly curious about everything, Emory often
pokes her nose into places where it might get bitten off. It's not easy to upset her, or even bring her peppy attitude
down. She likes to maintain that humor is necessary, even in dark times, and hopes to keep spirits up.
