rarity wise, it's unfair to the sorbet, yes.
demand wise, black advents fetch up to a sorbet, so it is fair demand wise.

second trade is unfair to them, since the sorbets all usually go for a straight swap.
they are on the same tier of the main list.

Tiers of the lower mainlist (i.e. before any gaps) are worth a september list pet each, I believe. Your advents and random rares don't accurately make up for the space between sorbet and heavy-speckled rat.

The sorbets are all on equal ground rarity-wise so any more is overpay in the second trade.
