the UR pea has been going for around a non recently,
so considering demand, it seems fair. however, i would say that the september-list pet on your side is completely unnecessary.
of course, it depends on how much you value the UR pea because it is currently unlisted on the mainlist;
most users value it around a non, some value it more, and some less. in that sense, it depends on you and what you value the UR pea as.

the rose dog being on my side, seeing as they've been going for nons, and
the dog could grow up to be a rose pps.

They went around a Non on December 18th, but now that the hype has cooled down I have seen them in auctions go for less then a Non. Personally I value it at around a UR Malk up to a Nick Unicorn, but it all depends on you. I think you are overpaying for the UR Pea Pod.
