Fox glance nervously around, it seemed like every warrior has an apprentice. What if Pepperstar doesn't want me to join the clan. she thought, slightly panicing. She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down. There are other warriors, I know it! And I will join the clan, Yeah! She thought, flicking her tail over her mouth to keep her from yowling out.

[Symphonia]

"I call upon my warrior ancestors to give this apprentice a new mentor. Manepaw, you have lost your first mentor, so your new mentor will be Eaglefur." Pepperstar meowed. "Eaglefur, you have been born into the clan, and I know that you will be an excellent mentor for this apprentice; you will teach her well."

Eaglefur's eyes shone as Pepperstar told him that he was getting an apprentice. He was proud, of course. The first apprentice who he had mentored...well, that didn't exactly turn out too well. He was glad that his leader was giving him a second chance. Eaglefur looked around for his new apprentice, Manepaw.

Manepaw smiled and walked forward. Shyly s/he stretched forward and touched noses with Eaglefur

Eaglefur purred proudly, and smiled at Manepaw. "I will train you to the best of my ability. I won't let you down, Manepaw." He meowed. I can't let anything happen to Manepaw like what happened to Whitepaw...He thought to himself.

Pepperstar cleared her throat again. "Alright, there is a young cat who wishes to join the ranks of Leafclan as an apprentice, and now she shall become a cat of Leafclan. Fox!" Pepperstar called. "Do you promise to uphold the warrior code and train with your mentor until you become a warrior?" She meowed loudly.

Nightshade sat in the back of the crowd, watching quietly but not saying anything

Fox jumped up, excited that it was finally her turn. Running over to Highledge she hopped up the rock to Pepperstar. Holding her head high, she looked up at Pepperstar "Of course!" she mewed loudly, fidgeting slightly.
