▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬username;; skywalker,
name;; Oliver
gender;; male
personlity;; Oliver is a very rambunctious and witty kit who has no respect
for adults and their authorization over him. He plays his game, by his rules.
He grew up with a wealthy family. He was their adopted son, and they didn't
pay him much attention. He was brought up with proper manners and was
taught how to treat others with respect, but he has a cold outer shell that is
hard to crack and he doesn't make friends easily. He picked up on martial arts
when he was a bit younger, and he is surprisingly talented with a bow and arrow.
He has an.. odd sense of humour and he tends to be very high and mighty.
Even though he was taught how to treat others with respect, he only really does
that around his adoptive parents. While they aren't around, he is very bossy and
a snot nosed brat. He loves playing pranks on others and finds amusement in their
disgust. He wants to create a self-image, one that is seen as mysterious and unknown.
He's very manipulative, and he gets what he wants when he wants it. He can be
kind, but that's only if he really likes your company and doesn't want to loose you.
He's a free spirit, and can't be tamed, so watch out when he's on a sugar high.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬It was a quiet evening in the little town of Cresthill, where the population was just over 1,000 people. A willow tree creaked on a prim and dashing property, owned by the wealthiest family in town. The wind tugged at the willows elegant leaves and branches, allowing little specks of fluff fly from the tree tops. The sun was starting to set, a deep orange and purple staining the sky. The lights were off in the manor, but one little dot of light seemed to float in the courtyard, as if though a candle was wandering the grounds. The light flickered and bobbed, before it went still, and the willow suddenly seemed to hold its breath as the wind died down and the leaves stopped rustling.
There was a long pause of silence, before a thunk seemed to shake the courtyard. There was another pause, before another loud thunk was heard, this time followed by a groan of annoyance. A boy, no older than thirteen, stood in the middle of the courtyard, his shoes off while is feet rested on the plush, well trimmed grass of the ground. His green eyes were sharp with concentration, and his posture was relaxed and concentrated. A bow with beautiful wood and string, along with grey-green tipped arrows were resting in his hands, which were positioned in a shooting stance. A target with two arrows in it already stood proudly against the gardens of the courtyard, it's sturdy structure allowing it to stand with such pride.
Oliver watched the target with flaming eyes, and never once did they flicker out of concentration. He seemed almost like a statue, or a tiger watching it's prey from the bushes, waiting for the best time to strike. The willow and the grounds seemed to be holding it's breath once again, waiting for it... and that's when he let go. His muscles flexed ever so slightly as the arrow went flying from the bow, hurtling towards the target. When it embedded itself inside the plush hay and board of the target, Oliver felt satisfaction at staring at where the arrow had landed. It had decided to snuggle in right on the bullseye. Oliver dropped his arms, and strapped the bow to his back, picking up some arrows he had left on the ground. He walked over to the target, and admired his work, before pulling the arrow from it's place.
He walked silently towards the manor, making sure not to make to much noise as he walked onto the porch, his feet light as he tip-toed towards the sliding glass doors. He quietly slid them open, and stepped inside, closing the door and locking it as he quickly made his way up to his room. When he made it to his quarters, he quickly shut the door, his ears perking as he listened to see if his bratty little sister had heard him. She was a very light sleeper. When he heard no noise, he heaved a quiet sigh of relief, walking towards his bed. He opened the trunk at the end of his bed, and placed his arrows and bow it in carefully, before pulling off his gloves and closing the lid, taking one last fleeting glance at the bow before closing it completely. He got in his PJ's, and walked towards the window, He opened it, staring up at the stars in silence. He saw the lights of the little town just past a few trees. The town was just down the road, so it was easy to walk there. He rested his chin on his palm, resting his elbow on the windowsill before letting out a sigh.
He usually puttered on the idea of there being more for him in this world. Sure, he had a wealthy family and could get anything her wanted in town, but he had quickly gotten bored of this. When he had taken up archery, he truly felt... alive, but now that was hardly enough to keep his hunger for adventure at bay. He closed his eyes as a breeze once again picked up, and he breathed slowly through his nose as he took in the fresh night air. The sun had long ago given up, and the moon was now rising ever so sneakily through the sky, it's pale glow starting to reflect off the willow tree in the yard. It glowed silver, and when Oliver opened his eyes once again, he watched the light creep through the grass, bathing it in gloriously soft tones. His eyes flicked back to the town, and he shook his head.
Adventure.. What he wouldn't give to go on one. Sure, he had been on plenty in the courtyard with his little sister, but that was always troublesome, and of course he had whisked through the town looking at everything and anything exciting. Those weren't really satisfying adventures, though. He wanted something thrilling, something that he would remember forever... He wanted to do something that would impact others just like it would impact him. He had also mulled over what he would be like in the future. What would he do? He knew he would inherit some of the family fortune, but what else would he do other than that? He didn't want to be known as some snobby rich kid. He wanted to be recognized for his skills, his natural talents.
That's when it suddenly clicked. It was like something in his mind just suddenly snapped into place. Maybe he could do something for the town and it's citizens.. He had heard there were bandits around lately, and he was pretty handy with a bow.. A smile suddenly appeared on Oliver's face, and he looked back around at the trunk at the foot of his bed, and it seemed as if it was calling out his name. Maybe he could go and help them with the bandits.. Just maybe.. He walked towards the trunk, his feet sinking into the plush carpet of his bedroom floor, and when he reached the beautiful leather chest, he opened it once again, the wood of the bow and the silver of the arrows catching the weak rays of moonlight filtering in through his open window, reflecting it beautifully. That's when Oliver made up his mind. He was going to make an image for himself, and he was going to do it real soon "This is gonna be one heck of an adventure.." he muttered to himself, feeling giddiness and intense excitement washing over him, leaving him in bliss.
