Maine looked to wash when he sat next to him, a soft noise escaping him before moving a hand to gently take hold of one of wash's hands before returning his gaze to north as he paced, huffing faintly.

Alpha nodded before going to sit next to carolina to see how he was doing.

Carolina was spacing out at the floor, clearly tired. "I tried to get him to stop." She muttered.

Wash gripped Maine's hand gently but firmly, tracking his gaze. He seemed to be really fixated on North.

"I know." Alpha responded gently as he looked at her, placing a hand on her shoulder then rubbing her back gently.

Maine continued to watch north until a nurse finally came out to tell them that they had york heavily medicated, but he was going to be alright despite a blind right eye and could have visitors if they wanted.

Carolina was grateful for Alpha's comfort, but she shot up the second the nurse said he could have visitors. "I wanna see him." She stated.

North stopped pacing, coming up to the nurse. "And Delta, the other guy we brought in?" He asked nervously.

"We're having a bit of issues with that one. Do you perhaps know what he is?" The nurse questioned a bit nervously as she nodded to carolina and requested the nurse passing by to show them the way.

"He's..." North hesitated, looking back at Alpha for help or permission to tell the truth, "he's a were shifter, uh..."

Carolina followed briskly, nearly stepping on the heel of her guide's shoe once. That would be embarrassing. She wondered for a second how many people had done that to nurses and doctors as they followed eagerly. God, she was exhausted.

Te nurse nodded, quickly scribbling such down. "Alright, that would explain a few things, thank you." She informed before turning to head off once more.

The nurse stopped infront of a room before opening the door for her.

Carolina thanked the nurse and peered into the room, scared to look but desperate to see*. "York?"

North breathed a sigh of relief. He really did not want to panic people with the knowledge of dragons, and if telling a half-truth is all it took right now, that was a-okay.

York gave a tired noise, ears flickering and rotating to every little noise before finally blinking his visible eye open and looking towards carolina, the other heavily bandaged. "Hey." he mumbled tiredly.

Alpha looked at north, then to wash and maine before standing up and moving towards the centuar, trying to stop his pacing for a bit. "Hey, everythings gunna be alright." he mused gently.

North's pacing ceased, but his hooves still shifted nervously. "Is it? The man I think is my soulmate just turned into a supposedly-extinct dragon were and ate my friend's face?" He looked at Alpha, crestfallen.

"Hey," Carolina whispered as she came to sit next to York, "good to see you alive."
