WOW! Well here is my story
Breyer 1&2 they were really old pretty dapple greys one was a foal and the other was a stallion
Foal: My little sister stepped on its precious little legs and broke them off
Stallion: I had no Idea what a breyer was until I accidentally dropped him one story up onto our patio
And last my rearing stallion on the oldest rearing mold: my sister "accidentally" knocked him and Seattle Slew off the shelf in the end Seattle Slew (who was my fave Breyer at the time) ended up with a broken tail and Blaze with a broken ear. And to top it off my mom tried to use gorilla glue to fix Blaze's ear now he has half an ear that's covered in foam :(

Oh, I have some good ones. 8D these aren't just missing ears, baby.

Trigger's left leg is like...curved in, like he's bow-legged or something. Maybe from heat? He has a huge white rub mark on his left hip, lots of rubs, and his bridle straps are missing. He was sent to me by one of my great aunt's neighbors as a gift ( it was a huge box of Breyers -- I died ) about four years ago, so I have no idea how all these things happened to him. :'D He's still really pretty, and his imperfections just make him look even more antique~ ♥

When I was a wee little girl in middle school, I took a Stablemate foal to show my friend, and kept her in my purse. When I got home and opened it...her two front legs were missing. Rofl. So, you know the wax on Laughing Cow cheese? I sculpted her new legs out of that. Bright. Red. Legs. TRUFAX. Another of my Stablemate's is missing a leg, so she has a bright red leg too, haha.

This isn't a Breyer story but. One of my carousel whatnots' pole was loose, so I was screwing it back on, AND IT FLIPPIN CRACKED DOWN THE MIDDLE AND BROKE IN HALF. I just kinda stared at it like ...oAo. But I super glued the two halves together, and you can't tell it happened. xD Another of my porcelain horses was sitting on my shelf, and as I was taking a book down, she goes flying off and hits the floor -- With all of her legs broke off. So I managed to fix them some, but she has an inner wire frame, so the wire's show still, rofl. I'll take pictures soon.
I'm back. :^)

Ooo..All of mine have rub marks, but I have never broken one, and none of mine are broken, except for one antique who is missing part of an ear and a stablemate with a busted leg. (dad stepped on him :/) My glossy rearing Shockwave has got rubs on the tip of his tail that have totally removed the paint and he has chips off the front of his hind hooves. Considering what he's been through, though, he's in great shape. (I played with him outside and even had him swimming in a birdbath at one point) My saddlebred stallion, Zeus (black and white standing stallion), has a few scratches and rubs. I carried him around with me constantly for a few months. He also got a freaking little red dot from a CRAYON on his shoulder. >.< My Blue Grass bandit is unharmed, as is my Shasta Moon and my Palomino pony, and my "summer" draft horse is in good shape. It has had a homemade blanket on since I got it but it has gotten a couple of scratches, which are very upsetting, because it is special to me.

Wow, and I thought Midnight's "injury" was bad! :P We managed to fix her, I only see the crack 'cause I know it's there :/ But it looks OK, just a pale white line, which makes her even more unique! :)

My poor, poor Hucky Bay model got knocked off the shelf by my cat. The stand broke right off hihis foot, leaving him a gorgeous but unable-to-stand model who is essentially useless. I also have two NHS models, one of whom got a rub. I painted over it (a hard thing to do when she's a fleabitten gray!) and she's almost good as new. Now I have my eye on this beauty.

should I buy her? I vassilating. Or however the heck you spell that. I don't have many good halter models, as Hucky broke and my second NHS is rubbed. I do have my Madison Avenue though. Advice?

Oh, and does anyone have a clue how to fix Hucky? The peg part of the base is lodged in his foot, and the plastic stand snapped in half, so I really dn't know what to do.
