Yes, it's possible to get any pet that is rare and above, as long as it isn't a store pet! (I don't believe there are any OMGSR store pets anyway, though I could be wrong)

Every OMGSR pet is available in the box yeah - there aren't any OMGSR store pets (and probably won't be for a while yet).
Store pets are the only pets not rereleased!

there is an OMGSR store pet - the skelebun c: but they aren't re-released, yes. that's why they only increase in rarity.

Yeah, I just checked. I forgot about the Skelebun, oops! It probably won't be that long before other store pets become OMGSR as well, then!

about how long does it take for a dec 18 to get it's actually rarity ? (so you can see the rarity)
supposing if the pet doesn't have any other stages

Since all but this years UR pets will have been released before your December 18th will already HAVE a rarity. I dont know when the bar will appear (if it isnt instant) but most people are willing to accept trades for your Dec 18th pets so long as they know when its truedate is and (if still growing) what it has the opportunity to grow into. Just dont try ninja trading/scamming and be careful of the same.

My suggestion is to keep all December 18th pets until they grow up and use the time to learn what each of their potential outcomes cost. After all even some pets with all outcomes on the list have some outcomes that can generate a better price at auction than the other outcomes. So take your time and learn cost and only after you know what you can get for your grown pet would I suggest seeking trades if you want to get rid of it :3

speaking of old store pets, they really need to be rereleased this year imo. the point of the 18th is to balance the CS economy, and by not taking store pets into consideration its failing to do that.
