Kite was much to absorbed with her play to notice the silent wolf watching her. She was clever, yes, but she did too at times get carried away. Once she tired off splashing in the cool water she lay panting in the moss. The earthy smell of the woods masked most of the wolf's scent. Kite didn't think much of it, after all wolves lived in the woods. She managed to murmur a sleepy "anyone there?" but as she wasn't expecting a response she didn't really bother to listen out for one.

Bramble's heart sped up when she though she had been found out, but the hound quickly fell asleep. She stretched, relieved after being crouched for so long. She trotted back to her pack, once again reporting nothing. Doe grumbled bitterly but Bramble ignored it, slimming off to watch the dog again, this time of her own accord. The dog didn't seem to have information. She didn't know what Doe thought she could accomplish by stalking the hound.
I'm back, but I won't be able to be as active as before.

Kite had awoken after a brief nap. She planned on running back to the farm to check in and maybe pester the chickens. On the way however she found an interesting smelling patch of dirt. It smelled like fox... she hadn't seen many foxes in this area and decided it might be fun to chase it. She wasn't hunting really, just playing. She didn't mind wild life as long as it didn't bother her farmer. So the hound ran off snout close to the ground inhaling the scent of fox. But then she smelled a larger creature, the wolf from yesterday. "Hello?" she woofed quietly her head turned slightly to the side.
