❀ROSALEEN EVELYN BLACKTHORN
20 / female / heterosexual / member of hunters / tags> open / loc> outside of hotel
The corners of Rosaleen's mouth turned upwards and her eyes lit up for a moment before the gleam vanished, barely noticeable. "Maybe it's that my mom tried to kill me, or that my dad went insane. Or, what if it's that I can't feel anything anymore? Now that would be something wouldn't it? I should feel something: sadness, joy, anything. I. Feel. Nothing." She stepped past Wren and walked a few steps before turning back to face him. "What about you, huh?" Her light blonde hair shined under the sun's rays, and she could feel the warmth on her skin.

➸ARKADY RHYAS FEYRE
19 / female / bisexual / loner / tags> open / loc> forest, lake
Arkady was perched atop of a cliff that hanged above a lake full of glistening water. The trees and the crumbling rocks were reflected in the water, making it almost look like a mirror. The area was quiet, only the occasional chirp breaking the silence. So much had happened in the past months, it was almost like a blur to Arkady. She could remember the gunshots she heard from not so far off, and the screams. Oh the screams. With each bullet fired came a cry of pain that shook the ground. Arkady had known about the feud between the hunters and the Safe Zoners by gathering information by her fellow loners. She hadn't heard from them since, and she wondered why. Probably dead in a ditch somewhere. Arkady was glad she hadn't gotten close to anyone, knowing that it would have hurt her to see someone leave. She could still feel the weight of her mother on her and the awful smell of the dead. Her eyes were dry, but she could feel the pain. Thinking about that night was like pressing down on a wound that couldn't heal, and that wound was on her heart.
Pushing her memories to the side, Arkady brought herself back to reality. She stood up from her usual resting place and gathered up her arrows she had just been sharpening before being lost in thought. She began to walk away before turning back to face the cliff. The corner of her mouth turned upwards as she dropped her belongings and ran to the edge of the platform. With one long stride and a push off the gray stone, she was in the air and she let out a scream of joy. Arkady left her pain behind on that cliff, and was free of her burdens in that moment. Her blonde hair whipped around as she fell and the water came ever closer.
