What is your favorite kind of animal? Is that an animal you admire or is it a pet you'd like? Also, why such a fear of squirrels?

Paon left his village when it was plundered by a warrior clan who was slowly taking over the region. He barely escaped,
only getting away after the village's destruction severed his guardianship tie and allowed him to flee before he too was killed,
capture, or worse. He doesn't feel lonely anymore, enjoying solitude, and merely tolerates his injured visitors and kicks them out the second they are healed and able to head out on their own. Paon rarely speaks to those who end up in his cave, only answering questions shortly and only asking over medical issues.

@Paon - Was there a specific event that led you to leave the village you guarded to live a life of solitude, or was it just an amalgamation of smaller things? Though you get visitors at times, do you ever feel lonely? Would you ever seek out company, or do you merely tolerate your visitors?

I first met Selene when she and some other rogues kidnapped me when I got too close to discovering a very large store house of supplies that they stowed away. They interrogated me to find out if others knew of what I was on the verge of discovering, and to scare me away from doing anything like that again. The fact that I was missing just meant that others would be vying for my place in rank, until I returned, then they would just go back to ignoring me and pretending that they weren't trying to take my place minutes before. But back to what I was saying. Selene showed actual interest in me and my life that no one seemed capable of doing in my actual life. After I decided to join the rogues, I wasn't able to see Selene again for awhile since we were assigned to different groups with different missions ( I was still being tested of my loyalty and stuff like that at the time as well). But after my group's mission was complete and I was officially a part of The Rose, I was able to choose what I'd like to do to help. Remembering Selene, I decided to join her group and help them in anyway I could (and during this time I also pursued Selene, trying to learn more about her, hopefully going to get a date with her). After a couple of years of doing this she finally caught on that I was interested in her and turned the tables on me by asking me out on a date (I hadn't asked her on an official date yet). She never lost her passion from the first day we met, in fact her passion only grew, as did her beauty. After many more years of dating, we decided to get married in a ceremony only attended by other rogues which in the long run would help us to protect our children since there were no official papers saying that we were married (so no one of office would be watching us specifically for when we were to have children, ready to swoop in and take any after our first- we are only allowed to keep one child in the Kingdom, all others are seized to be trained to find others like them, born after the first-). It also didn't hurt that Selene hid with the rogues whenever she was pregnant and while the kits were still young.

But in response to your last question, I am certain that our relationship would withstand even the most devastating of cases, as we already have to deal with the devastating cases of hiding our intentions from our government, hiding our children so that we all never have to be separated from one another, and still acting like we don't know one another in public.

if you could have 1 wish granted, of any kind, what would it be? or would you give others a chance to grant it? why? and when you have completed that wish, would you be able to live with it knowing that it wasn't given to you naturally?

"I would be deeply tempted to wish for the return of my memory. I do not really remember much of anything before entering the woods. I would have to give the wish over to my student, tough. He suffers a similar problem, and I believe a child finding his family would be more important than any wish of mine. I couldn't deny a chance to give that to him.

I don't think I'd have any issue knowing the unnatural nature of the wish unless it meant directly harming someone else. After all,
I deal with the unnatural and innately wrong on a daily business. It's kind of what I do. -gentle laugh-"

@ Buckingham Shire: How did you feel during the Rudie scandal? Did you feel betrayed at all by your friend, or did you try to be proud of him for following his heart despite being betrothed? I know you were probably jealous, but did you try to be happy for him when in his presence?

Why were you a librarian before you entered the mirror? Did you like anything about books or was it just an open job at the time?

“I like the quietness that the library gave me. How I could be secluded from others.
I do like reading all the books in my spare time. To answer any further questions i like reading any books. I appreciate knowledge in all forms. Even the most random facts is still learning.”

You like your quiet from what I could tell from your story and you also liked to be left alone, so why did you attack your reflection when you realized you couldn't go back? Were you angry, impulsive, or had you thought through a situation like this beforehand?

“I knew very well kalons aren’t to be trusted. Expectally strangers. I could be used for a political warfare or carve my own path. I can tell you one thing, anyone who goes through the trouble of getting me from another world will want their moneys worth. It just makes sense.
So what situation would make me second guess a kalon or rather reflection as they call themselves? Well kalons have used me gladly. It was a repeating pattern.
Parents coworkers friends strangers.
I am glad to be away from them all.
I would do anything to not be in a situation
where im used. Anything.”

Did you ever find out where the mirror came from that brought you to where you are now?

“I have no idea where the mirror came from that threw me into this place.
I never figured it out to this day.
It was a strange magic maybe the item was from that reflector that greeted me.
Where they got it from? Im just as clueless as you.”
