A '10 rare = 2 '11 rares, and no matter how you value the rare in UCs (2 - 4), it's unfair for the rat. Valuing at 2 UCs makes a '10 rare worth 4 '11 UCs and there's only 3 on your side, and if at 4 that's 8 '11 UCs. Demand depends on how much you value the rat

This looks unfair to the rat. A rare is worth 4 uncommon pets of its year, so the uncommon side doesn't add up to a 2011 rare, much less a 2010 rare. Even with rats not being very popular, it's unfair to the rat.
