It's cold but I have my balcony door open in order to hear the dripping of icicles, falling clumps of snow, rushing of the river, and occasional call of a crow or hawk from the mountain. It feels surreal when combined with my clock's ticking--wintry outdoors and cozy indoors made one.

i went to town today-it was lovely: they were playing beautiful music (and singing !!), there were lights everywhere and the sky was a warm pinkish... everything was so pretty and friendly

It's snowing!! Not actual snow, just tiny little flakes that melt as soon as they hit the ground, but I don't care I'm still really happy. I haven't seen snow in years.
