[All the pirates docked at Port Royale. A man named William killed Sonja's aunt, uncle, and her young cousin, so she went after him. Sonja was shot, William killed. Uh... Alexa and Liam are talking outside, Liza is talking with Sinbad, Melody is in the marketplace, Darius, Sonja, and Rose are at Raven's Nest Armory.]

((Ingo is still in the armory but she might go for a wander about seeing as she has nothing to do))

Ingo looked at Sonja and Rose, she felt somewhat out of place now, she walked away silently, not wanting to disturb anyone. Ingo never had really felt welcome anywhere, even with William she always felt out of place. Ingo was a street girl but that wasn't meant to be her home, until she found her parents she would never feel...right. Her reason for joining the band of pirates on the ship had been to find William, now she'd found him she felt she had done all she needed to do. But she hadn't, there was one thing she'd never know, she'd never be able to know who her parents are or were. Ingo realised this only now and how much she wanted a family. The crew had made her feel like she had a family but that's not what she wanted, she didn't care for illusions, she had always worked them out, she wanted real magic, the love of a home and a family.
Ingo sighed, it was hopeless, she'd never find her parents and even if she did they wouldn't want her, they'd abandoned her once, they'd most probably do it again.

Sonja smiled at Rose as she stood up, favoring her bandaged midriff. She watched Ingo walk away, and stood for a moment. Then she walked quickly after the girl, calling after a moment, "Please, wait. I can't go any faster or I'll fall over."

Ingo stopped in her tracks and turned on her heel, she would feel guilty if she sprinted away, Ingo couldn't deal with guilt rioght now on top of everything else. Ingo looked at Sonja then walked over to her. Ingo's eyes turned to the floor, she said nothing.

Sonja put a hand on Ingo's shoulder and caught her breath, then looked into the girl's eyes and said, "I don't think I'll be coming with you- I'm basically useless right now, and I'd be staying with Darius even if I wasn't. So I want you to have this." She took the dagger that she had fought Rose with and presented it to Ingo, handle first.

Ingo took the dagger with honor but then said, "I don't know if I can go on either," she looked at the ground then back up the girl, "I need to find my parents, I think if I keep on the voyage I'll only find them in a bad way," Ingo explained, she had to tell someone of her fears or she'd never be able to make a decision. Ingo knew that anything she had aimed to find by coming on this voyage had been found in a terrible state. She had found William trying to kill her friends, she had tried to find a home but it was never permanent. She wanted to find her family so badly but didn't know if the ship was the right way to go about it.

Sonja sighed, and said, "I suppose you can stay with me, but I don't know how many mouths Darius and his brother can afford to feed. Like I said, they're still quite poor from when their parents were killed in a... well, a pirate attack." The girl sighed, then reached up with a wince and drew her two sabers from their crossed sheaths on her back. She glanced at her beloved blades, and murmured, "The woman who patched me up says I probably won't ever be able to fight with these again."

Ingo looked at Sonja, "But you'll have more than that, you'll have him," Ingo said, though she would have loved to stay with Sonja that wasn't where Ingo's heart was.. She would never feel comfortable or completely at ease. Ingo sighed and smiled.

"Swordfighting and love aren't the same thing, kid," said Sonja, tweaking the tip of Ingo's nose with a sad smile. "They might seem like it at times, but I'll never feel right- not when I'm missing half of myself. Sabretache is who I am- it's my power, my legacy. I'm basically nothing without it." She sighed, and leaned against the wall. "I guess you know kind of how I feel."
