“I’m worried about the clans. It’s raining pretty bad outside.” Mousekit said. “If it keeps up the clans might flood. I just hope they don’t” Mousekit said. She was upset her mother wanted to be a kittypet and drag them into such a boring life.
“It’s okay Lilykit. You’ll be warm and safe soon. I promise.” Blazepaw said, hoping to comfort her sister, even a bit. She kept going, wondering where they could go to escape the flood.
Smokepaw quickened her pace when she saw Hollowcliff pick up the kit. “Poor kit. You’ll be fine soon.” She meowed.
Silverkit was still very confused, cold, wet, tired and hungry. No sooner had she been picked up did she close her eyes so she could sleep.
Lightpaw went outside the den. Surely they wouldn’t stay in a camp with wet dens. She thought about hunting, but doubted there would be any prey to find.She sighed and her tail flicked impatiently. When would the rain stop?

Treekit looked at his brother and frowned but didn't say anything when his father began to talk about the hill. He had so many other questions but he chose to remain silent on those. He didn't want purposefully unanswered questions.. Those scared him more.. He just wanted to stay close to his family.

Creamflower looks around, even though she is sure no one is around before looking back at Bearshadow. "Ive heard rumors about a new Clan called DawnClan." she said. "I heard that a few of our DuskClan cats have ran away to join DawnClan because they wanted to be together with their real mate. I think DawnClan is our best bet in order for us to be together. And Im sure StarClan will understand as long as we still follow the warrior code from DawnClan."

She smiled to Blazepaw, then looked at Lilykit when she waked up and started to cry onto the coldness and the confiousness. Blinking her eyes she could see her mate there following them, which calmed her very much. For now they needed to find a warm and safe Place to get out of the floods way and wait the rain to stop.

She listened what Bayclaw talked to them, watching to the raining forest which was almost grey and it was hard to tell was it night or day. She looked at Stormyskies "they will, we survived to that fire, we will survive to this too" she meowed licking the tom ears, burying her head to his little wet fur.

Blazepaw made sure to be careful where she walked while trying to keep Lilykit from getting wet. She didn’t want her siblings getting sick. Or worse.
Smokepaw watched her steps, careful of the branches. She thought it was odd how Silverkit was alone. She wondered where they would find a safe place from a flood. The apprentice kept quiet as she continued walking.
“We were born in Duskclan. Mother didn’t give us a choice to stay with the clan. She just made us live kittypet lives. The food isn’t fresh kill, the beds aren’t made of moss and I miss our friends.” Mousekit said.
Silverkit was still asleep but started to shiver a bit as she slept.

Bayclaw nodded "I agree." she said before she laid her head on her paws and let out a soft sigh as she watched Stormyskies and Waterflight. Had she seen this much destruction when she was their age? No.. It made her worry for the younger warriors and those even younger than them.

She turned away from Cinderface to look at Roseshadow and pinned her ears "You need to get out of camp immediately Roseshadow! Keep heading north away from camp and the river." she said her voice full of nervous worry.

Treekit looked at his brother and frowned but didn't say anything when his father began to talk about the hill. He had so many other questions but he chose to remain silent on those. He didn't want purposefully unanswered questions.. Those scared him more.. He just wanted to stay close to his family.

Paleflame charged ahead kicking up water as he went. He didn't glance behind him just hoping that they were keeping up okay. They were already behind many of the older warrior's who'd left before them. Pausing once he got further in the forest he looked back at the others finally. "Which way should we go? Straight ahead or towards the loner territory?" he asked. He wasn't sure.. He just wanted them all out as soon as possible.
Willowsong hesitated, glancing at Swallowfeather and Treetail nervously "Do.. you think we'd run into trouble if we headed towards loner territory?" she asked. The last thing she wanted was to run into angry loners while fleeing the flood. She didn't know that DawnClan was that way nestled in with all the loners.

Swiftleap paused suddenly "Up ahead." he said gesturing with his head slightly while trying not to shake Volekit. "The hill shoots up pretty high and there are some trees we can get under for cover. We should be okay there for a while." he said.
Treekit looked at his brother and frowned but didn't say anything when his father began to talk about the hill. He had so many other questions but he chose to remain silent on those. He didn't want purposefully unanswered questions.. Those scared him more.. He just wanted to stay close to his family.

Riverbriar hissed "Ugh.." she had lost sight of her younger siblings. "Paleflame?? Willowsong??" She called out. Shaking her head she looked around nervously "Moonflight!" she didn't care who heard her now. The last thing she wanted was to lose her siblings or Moonflight in this horrible flood.

I think everyone assumed they ran off to be loners but.. to go to another clan would make more sense.." Bearshadow said before he looked at her. "Where do you think they would be?" he asked tilting his head slightly.

Paleflame charged ahead kicking up water as he went. He didn't glance behind him just hoping that they were keeping up okay. They were already behind many of the older warrior's who'd left before them. Pausing once he got further in the forest he looked back at the others finally. "Which way should we go? Straight ahead or towards the loner territory?" he asked. He wasn't sure.. He just wanted them all out as soon as possible.
Willowsong hesitated, glancing at Swallowfeather and Treetail nervously "Do.. you think we'd run into trouble if we headed towards loner territory?" she asked. The last thing she wanted was to run into angry loners while fleeing the flood. She didn't know that DawnClan was that way nestled in with all the loners.

Spottedpaw hurried out of camp ears down focused on looking for Vipercry and an easy way out of the flood waters. She could feel her heart racing as she looked around "Vipercry?" she called out. She'd never felt so alone in her life.. Both of her uncles had vanished.. Apparently left the clan.. Her Mother was nowhere in sight.. And now she couldn't even find Vipercry.

Creamflower thinks for a minute before shrugging, looking back at Bearshadow. "I dont know." she said. "But it sounds as if its not too far from DuskClan. Im sure if we just look around we would find it in no time, maybe we might even find the leader. If its one thing I know according to the rumors, DawnClan doesnt have assigned mates as part of the code. They believe that you are allowed to choose who you want as your mate. If we run away to join DawnClan, we can be together."

She saw a brown one with the same ear-tuft thing as her and smiled, murmuring, "ElkKit," then she glanced to the silver one with tufts, "Sheepkit.." then to the silver one WITHOUT tufts, "Minnowkit.."
