History Jalil was born in Jacksonville, Florida. Somehow, he wound up in suburban Dallas a year or two after being born. He doesn't remember much about life in Florida, but he has visited the city on occasion. Having grown up in Texas, he discovered football and after putting in work at school and on the field, he landed a scholarship to play football at the University of Georgia. Recently, he has ended his college career in hopes of going pro and he is using this vacation time to clear his mind before focusing on the draft.
