I will do my best to get your commission done asap but things do come up and I will do my best to keep in touch with you and answer any concerns you have in a timely mannor.
If you want a refund please msg me and I will reply as soon as I can and get you you're pets back.
You may ask for a rush piece but it will cost extra. Any time frame I give you is an estimate and it might take more or less time then estimated. I work a full time job and do these in my limited free time.
(This being said I will try to get to your commission asap with all things considered!)
I understand that as a seller I am being held to high standards and will try my best to meet them. If you have any concerns or questions threw the commissioning process please msg me ! I'm more then happy to answer your questions!
Payment must be received by me (complete the trade) before I start on the art. Once the art is completed you may not have a refund. Thank you for understanding!
