Fume/Smoke Creature

Fume lonely looked around, sure they would pay attention to them, but no one payed attention long enough. This reminded them of the reason why they were here:

Not soon after Fume was made did they grow rebellious. They were treated with no respect and often more like a rock than a living being. Fume's anger built up until the day that their creator tortured them with water. Fume expanded and ignited themselves with fire, blowing up the containment facility. Fume fled, having gone mental and caused trouble. There were many communal efforts to stop Fume from hurting the city. Only when it rained during one riot, did Fume shrink. Fume, not wanting to dissolve, hid under someone's umbrella, on their shoulder, and passed out. Fume was taken to this facility to be monitored and protected from water. Not that anyone did that second part. The people were supposed to, but when Fume was out in the rain and when the hippogriff shook off water proved that they were really only doing one. The people weren't even doing a good job at that either. Fume was tempted to break free, but the sky was not yet clear of clouds and Fume didn't want to risk it.
