Guys I'm sorry for no replies I'm currently grounded at the moment

fyi that beetlepaw and mothflutter are open for interactions! beetlepaw is eating a robin and resting against the apprentices den, he's recovering from his nightmare. mothflutter is out in the forest, collecting cobwebs, rocks, and sticks to patch up a hole in the warriors den. if anybody wants to send their character out to help her, youre more than welcome!

WHAT'S IN A NAME?
goose for her size and color thorn for her claws.

⎡Goosethorn started off her life alone. her mother was a newly-made warrior when she met her father, so the story goes. out on an early morning patrol, graywind met a rogue who'd strayed into thistleclan territory, but instead of chasing him off, she let him stay for a conversation. two moons later, goosekit was born, a mess of gray and black fur and wide yellow eyes. there were two other kits in her litter, both male, both stronger than she and she was not expected to last the night. graywind took her brothers and vanished off with the rogue and hasn't been seen since. goosekit did end up surviving the night, thanks to another queen who'd given birth around the same time. it was she who named her and fed her, though out of obligation more than anything. though her surrogate mother might not have been affectionate, it is to her that the molly attributes her razor-sharp wit and quick thinking. besides meals and somewhere warm to sleep, she also gave the young kit her sharp sense of humor and taught her that the best defense was a strong offense. the kit grew quickly, soon outclassing her surrogate siblings in weight. by the time she was made an apprentice, she was the size of a full grown warrior. now, as an adult, goosethorn stands about half a head taller than most toms and it is precisely her size that makes her such a powerful warrior. ⎦
