Ace whinyyed and stopped to graze snorteing he watched River run around once more and jump over a few logs gracefully she stopped next to him 'You do realize that when you jump you look like a deer?"
River rolled her eyes 'Thats the point smart one" she bumped him and nibbled the grass shaking her coat She looked up as she saw Alex return she whinned and swished her tail

Alex smiled and finnished her chore. She went tithe feed room and got some sugar cubes and washed her hands. She walked out to the pasture. "hey River..." she cooed.

Missy's head rose and she walked over to the fence aswell.

Apollo stayed put. He flicked his head and returned to his grazing.

River walked over nickering a greeting she blew on Alex and too the white cubes happily flicking her tail
Ace rolled his eyes 'Wow you were vain and annoying now your sweet and a kissup what the heck?" River tirned to face him "Your just jealous because she likes me" she stck out her toungue and turned back to alex

Alex grinned "good girl..." she stroked the mare's neck, as she did with Missy aswell.

Missy nudged Alex's arm.

Thunder slammed a hoof on the ground, not wanting the mare to go anywhere that he wasn't. He relaxed as he saw the girl tie Lady up to the fence. Whickering softly, he touched his muzzle to the arab's, his ears pricked towards her.

Damien made his way outside, his hands in his jeans pockets. "I see what you mean" He said, as he slowed to a stop next to Lady, sitting on the fence and looking over at Emerald. "They do seem to be getting on well"

Emerald: Emerald grabbed the hoofpick and started to clean Lady's hooves. "Yeah, Lady is usually very standoffish to other horses, especially stallions." Emerald moved to Lady's other side, her back now facing Damien. "I think she had a bad experience with them when she was young. But Thunder is such a gentleman, I don't think he would ever hurt her. Emerald threw the hoof pick back into the grooming kit and the hoof pick landed in the right section of the grooming kit. Then she went round Lady and started to groom her with the body brush that she had grabbed from the fence post. "Um, would it be okay if I put Lady in Thunder's field?" she asked nervously, grooming Lady so that she wouldn't have to Damien's sure reaction of horror and revulsion, but she had to try. Don't cry when he says no she told herself sternly, just don't.
Lady: Lady was comforted by his protectiveness, but also worried. Would he do the same if the other horses started to bully her? It was sure to happen again, so how long was this dream going to last? Lady decided to worry about it when the time came, and not before. She stretched her neck so that her head was resting on the fence next to Thunder's, and relaxed into the soothing and massaging feeling of the body brush.

Damien nodded, reaching a hand out to stroke Thunder but pulling his hand back as he saw the look on the stallion's face. "Well, yeah if you want but he can be pretty protective over mares and has a certain dislike towards otehr stallion..." He said, jumping down off the fence as he watched Emerald groom the mare.

Thunder snorted loudly as he watched Damien, his eyes narrowing. Relaxing slightly, he nipped lightly at Lady's neck, the fence between them becoming a mortal enemy of his. Frustrated, he lashed out with his hind legs, hitting nothing but thin air in his anger.

Emerald: Emerald finished grooming Lady and straighted up, brushing her hands on her jeans in a futile attempt to clean them of the dust. "Okay. Lady can be picky about whom she's friends with as well." Emerald untied Lady and lead her to the gate that opened into Thunder's field. She stopped with her hand on the gate. "Are you sure?"
Lady: Lady stood quietly as Emerald finished up, but started to prance as she realised that she was going to be running with Thunder.

Damien smiled, running a hand through his dark, wavy hair. "Yes I'm sure! Now let her go before I chagne my mind" He began to laugh softly, placing his stetson on his head and tipping it forward to keep the sun out of his eyes. Moving forward, he stepped infront of Lady, pushing back Thudner as the stallion tried to escape. "You wouldn't mind hurrying up would you?"

Thunder pushed against the hand that was keeping him from Lady, his ears pinned against his head and the whites of his eyes showing. Snorting loudly, he half reared, not aiming to hit Damien but to scare him off. When taht didn't work, he slammed his front pillars on the ground upon landing, tossing his head up and whinnying also.
