shadestorm dipped his head to rainwhisper in thanks, then signalled for the patrol to set off into the forest. swiftly they walked for a while until they reached a large hunting space where the prey was plentiful. "redleaf and i will be watching you from nearby - you may work together or seperately," the black tom spoke, nodding his head to his fellow warrior, "fernpaw remember the training skills i taught you, redleaf is there any advice you want to give to your own apprentice?"

appleflower smiled blissfully at his two clanmates, "the kits are okay, of course my dear!" gently, the tabby tom stood and turned to head out, his pale pelt illuminating as he stepped into the warming sun. "i'm off to speak to cherrystar about our arrangement," he said with his amber eyes glistening, "if you get anymore discomfort, or you have any worries please do not hesitate to find me."

The she-cat held a slight smile. It wasn't easy for her to hold conversation due to her anxiety, but she did her best. "I am doing alright. I guess I'll be in the day patrol perhaps." She meowed quietly.

Ashpaw - Tom - 12 moons - Crush: Open - Apprentice - Tags: Boulderpaw, Aspenpaw, Swanpaw

The tom looked around before noticing Swanpaw not to far from the toms. His tail flicked slowly, nodding a curt "hello" to the she-cat. "Good day, Swanpaw. You are also waiting for your mentor?"

fernpaw eyed opened as she awoke from her peaceful sleep. "im up, im up!" she yawned as she rose from her nest. she stretched out then followed shadestorm.

pebblekit smiled at bee and lifted his ears a bit when he heard a rustle in the bushes. bee must have hurt him two as he ran off to get the prey. he nodded, settling back down.

cedar purred a bit. "i told you it was cold," he teased, fluffing up is own fur and moving closer to her so they could warm each other. at least it was easier to scent in the cold, crisp weather.

lightningstrike nodded. "thank you, appleflower," he said. he turned to pebbletail. "if everything goes well with cherrystar, ill be staying in the nursery with you," he purred.

Pebbletail nodded, some of the worry vanishing from her eyes. “Okay, thank you.” She smiled as the medicine cat left, settling back in her nest and wincing again as the kits kicked. The queen wondered how long it would be until they came. Turning her head to look at her mate, the queen smiled. “Thank you.” She purred, glad he was there.

The ginger and white she-cat shrugged, surprised and at a loss of what to do for a second. It was unusual to see Blossompaw shy away from something, but quickly she stood back up, gazing around at all the apprentices and tilting her head to the side in an inquiring way as she looked back at Rosesky. “Are there any other apprentices going out that we could go with?” She asked. She looked around at Ashpaw & Swanpaw.

The young tom nodded, looking at Shadestorm. He then looked over at Fernpaw questioningly. “Do you want to hunt together or not?” Leafpaw asked the other apprentice.

"I guess we ought to go," flintpaw purred to his companion. He lifted pebblekit to rest on his back. "Something smells fishy about Bee," he noted.

Ashpaw's ears perked with his name being spoken of. His eyes spiked to Blossompaw, becoming interested. "Hmm? Well,
i haven't seen or heard from my mentor today. I don't see why they'd mind me going. I'd be happy to be doing anything useful really."

Smokepaw flicked his tail. He felt himself absently look around camp. He got up and stalked around, smiling at his passerby. He saw a group of apprentices and mentors, his paws now guided with envious intention. Smokepaw longed for a close relationship of any sort. He and his mentor weren't super close but they a small understanding for each other. He sat down outside the medicine den.

Redleaf began to stalk, he didn't wait for an okay from Shadestorm. he had been training Leafpaw long enough to know where he was going to start first, what he was comfortable with. So he followed him.

cedar opened his mouth, trying to scent any prey but also seeing his breath appear in front of him. he purred when she sneezed. "you might scare away the prey," he teased. "well, if any prey it out in this weather."
