I love the new store pets.~ So beautiful.~
I was super intrigued by them and their colors/markings so i went and looked up birds for bout half an hour to see if i could figure them out since they looked like they were based on birds lol.
The blue one i believe was obvious lol...
So I gave them names on what I thought they were based on. X3

Rainbow Pastel PPS Griffin
Because the exclusives never seem to match up with any irl stuff a lot anyhow so I went off knowing that it probably was just made like this without a bird inspiration behind it.

Lammergeier/Bearded Vulture Griffin
This one took me a bit to figure out because I'd never seen a pic of this type of bird before... ^^; But I figured it out lol...

Major Mitchell/Pink Cockatoo Griffin
The crest was obvious and immediately made me think of Cockatiel's/Cockatoo's... So lol...

Long Crested Eagle Griffin
Similar colors, similar beak, very obvious.

I personally love this one, I mean I like them all but the blue colors definitely speak to me lol. Was obviously this type of bird tho.

Personally I love them to bits and definitely one of my top fave sets of store pets by far.
As an artist myself I think they end results turned out PERFECTLY.
The lines are dark enough to tell the features apart, and the colors and markings as well as the shading for them are absolutely divine. I would definitely like to see more from you at some point. ^^

I'm not a big fan of the adult griffins (though I got 2 sets, 2 of the adorable PPS!). The faint lines, I think, just make it hard for me to focus on them and they kind of fade away to me. They look amazing, though!

I must say, these puppies really deserve more attention too ♡ I just love them. They're adorable; the colors are so pleasing to look at. If they have a blanket pps, they're going STRAIGHT to my vault!!

Until you pointed them out, I hadn't really looked at them... and now I'm super excited! Pale rainbow AND stars on the blanket! I'm going to have more hoard pets, I think. X-D I can't wait for these guys to grow up now!!!
