All the winners from previous rounds will battle each other again, basically. ^^
So no-one actually enters the characters they want, it's just the previous winners!
After that you can reuse the characters.

Although what I'm not sure about is what happens with the winner of the QQ? Is there like, a massive QQ where the winners of previous QQs battle each other? Or can we use them again?

oh wow what a difference from the bloodbath..
@lemonbread oops sorry about that.. the simulator did something weird when i was entering the characters and it switched up everyone's genders. i thought i fixed it, but i'll look through and edit each day/night need be c:
