What I hate is when a lousy rper wants to be in a position of power, so you give it to them, not knowing they suck then wanting to say, "Get off my role play," But not knowing how to say it nice. I want to get this person off, but I'm at a loss of how to do it!

Hmm maybe you could say something like,

"I'm sorry to say, but how you Role Play just doesn't match up to the needed standards. I understand that you tried your best, but I would like to give the position to someone more experienced".

Rant: I hate it when you spend a LONG time on an RP plot and such {Like the on in our siggy :'(} , and no one joins and then a random n00b takes five minutes to make a simple roleplay and the whole things swamped. -.-

I strongly dislike it when people put the alphas' names in the title. How does that even relate to the roleplay?

EX:
Wolf Pack Name (Accepting) Alpha Male: Spoon Alpha Female: Whisper
