You're overpaying. The rose pps is worth more than those two advents and the handful of 09' rares.

This is the red rose pps' worth:

Their side is only really worth a mid or high September (unsure which, you'd need to get that checked)

does the rose pps really have that much worth? i honestly havent seen someone ask for that many 08/09 rares and september lists for a low list pet. Idk though i guess ive been out of the CS loop for awhile

The rose pps is a low below the gap mainlist. It's the blue rose dog and red rose dog that're worth less and are on the sept list, so the rose pps isn't exactly a low list (if compared to the other lists and it's litter mates) and I don't usually see auctions with the rose pps as much as other list pets which is why I'm unsure of the demand of the pps itself

1. and 2. unfair for you, however the first one is a little more fair compared to the 2nd. I think if they added either 2 more vr or 2/3 09 rares it would pretty much even out.
3. pretty fair. decent balance of 09 rares and vrs on their side.
4. fair.

A little unfair to you; Tier 1 advent lists are worth 3-4 mixed 09 rares. Their side approximately adds to 2 09 rares (Assuming that the VR dog is 2 09 rares) + one 2010 rare and a bunch of other pets and items.
My rating would be about 6 considering demand and all.

Is this fair? I just only recently got the lion and am a little unsure of how well it trades.

I wouldn't but it's mostly up to you. I'm unsure if the uncommon + other pets would be able to bridge the gap between your store cat and their store dog but even still I believe sitting cats usually go for more. That's my opinion however so you could probably get a second

Zebras usually go for about 1-2 nons so up to you. Could also get a second opinion

re-release 2009 vr dog=2 2009 rares
2016 store pet=1 2010 rare
1 2016 rare+2 2017 rares=1 2015 rare (which isn't close to another 2010 rare)
3 C$=about a 2017 or 2017 rare, which wouldn't do much.

It looks a bit unfair to you. Their side adds up to a little over 2 1/2 2009 rares, but it's not worth 3 2009 rares. Your cat is worth 3-4 2009 rares. They would need to add a 2010 rare, or a 2010 rare+a 2009 rare

I would rate it about a 6 or 7, but feel free to get a second opinion c:
