Oof, that water trial.

I decided to do my first Ultra Sun playthrough with just my catchables and special Rockruff and man did that trial bust me up. I had to cheese it a bit by having a Slowpoke with Yawn to keep the totem asleep. When you beat the water trial with a fire mon you know you were out of options.

Am I the only one who’s noticed how much harder the games have gotten? Every trial but the first one has been so much harder. Before they were such a breeze and now.. wow. I love it though, it’s like the older games !!

I've noticed that too. The grass trial was still super easy for me though. I OHKOed the totem

i somehow lucked out and got an eevee in my nuzlock but now i dont know what to evolve him INTO. My team vus far is littlen(yes i can evolve him but i have a rule that as long as he doesnt evolve he cant die), Zuebat, slowbro, Zorua and Mudsbray. Iam debating between Sylvon, jolton, glaceon(witch i cant get till the end so ill prbably have to box him witch i dont want) or Leafon.

Just watched the credits roll, and now having a look at the post-game stuff (in particular, catching these new UBs to finish off the Pokedex... Hopefully we'll get more than one of them, as that'll make it much easier to get ahold of the other one)

Only got one sticker left to collect, which I assume is waaayyyyy up the other side of Poni Island, near the Battle Tree...

Overall... I've quite enjoyed the experience. I've had a decent amount of fun with it, and looking forward to properly checking out the Wormhole/Mantine stuff... Some parts were fairly tough though, whoa.

On another note, I guess the first Global Mission will end up in failure... With five days to go, we're still 8,000,000 away from the goal. A shame, but probably to be expected...

Why not get someone to evolve it for you once you get a rare candy?

I'm not struggling much at all in UM but I'm doing 5 hearts in refresh and teambuilt fairly well. My team looks like this before fire trial:
Rowlet (never to evolve), Hawlucha, Flaafy, Zoura, Marshstomp (good thing I remembered island scan was a thing because he sweeps Salazzles), and a female Salandit
Zoura will be swapped for Mimikyu as soon as I can
