Tier 5 is 75$
Tier 1 is 55$

But I believe to move up a tier it is 3-4 ‘09 rares.

The heart pps is a tier 7 advent and it's worth 7-8 2009 rares, a tier 5 is worth 6-7 2009 rares, and a tier 1 is worth 3-4 2009 rares.

1. 3 or 4 2009 rares (or another t1 advent)
2. 1 2009 rare
