Tori looked at the smoke cloud wide eyed. She quickly looked to both sides to try and find whatever went by, and was bewildered before she heard Hannah explain. "We must be speakin' the same language," She whispered.

Tori waivered for a moment, before finally answering. "I can "talk" with other kids though dreams, and uh... smoke manipulation. I think there's more, but I haven't really bothered with them. Too busy studying and all."

(Maybe her chibi shape can qualify as a power. I was kinda inspired by Sailor Moon there.)

Tori made sure her eyes lit up with excitement as she smiled. "A friend?! Wow! Well, if I'm not jumping the gun, wanna eat lunch together today?"

Jessica shook her head with a smile. “Actually i go to the library to read. Plus that would make me a bad influence on you already. But i cant control your actions. So do as you please.” She stood up and wiped her cloak off. Then she threw her hair into a ponytail, revealing black lines coming up from under her collar. From her hands, the mist flowed downwards and a small wolf appeared. It tilted its head and Jessica sighed softly. She knew it sounded like she was pushing him away but he was the only friend she had ever had. “If you want, we can go together to either, class or the library.” She offered with a smile in his direction.

Sam turned the page unable to focus on the butterfly at hand. Instead, he found himself thinking back on the girl he had just met with her emotionless tone of voice. He remembered the curve of her face and the almond shape of her eyes. He didn't realized he was drawing her face until he was at her lips. He looked over his picture with his own amazement filling his eyes. It wasn't so bad. There was just... something wrong with her lips. He wasn't quite sure what but he didn't dare linger on it much longer. Just as he feared, a voice nearby jolted him and cause him to shut his notebook quicker than he ever did before. Blush covered his face while a glare was ready for whoever decided to snoop to close to him. Except... there wasn't anyone there. Well, not anyone. But an anything His eyes widened with shock before he could reel back his emotions. Whatever the thing was, it was looking right at him with a kind of stare like it was trying to read his soul. He regained his composure as his face turned dead serious. He leaned forward with the urge to touch the creature to ensure he wasn't just going crazy. He didn't, however, and opted to speak to it in a hush tone. "What are you?" was all he asked.

Hiro scoffed slightly and was about to brush her off to finish with his business in that classroom. But a thought entered his mind that caused him to hesitate. This place was boring to him and it would make things much easier if he had someone to share this time with. The girl didn't look like much- to say the least. Still, he could use her. Smiling, he reached out and touched the ends of her silky locks. He captured a lock between his fingers and lifted them up to his mouth. He looked up to her eyes and stared for a long moment before bowing slightly. "It is okay, lamb, no harm done." He released her hair and glanced over at the teacher. "I am not new at all. Actually, this was once my classroom- but I am older than you now. The name is Hiro, and may I know yours?" He shifted on his feet and held his hand out to the girl. In his mind, he was already connecting some proper dots to ensure some fun times while he was at this school.
