Emerald: "Come on girl, we're here now!" Emerald gasped as she broke to edge off the hill and saw where she would be staying. "It's beautiful girl, just like you." Lady snorted with sarcasm."All right, obviously it isn't as beautiful as you." Emerald chuckled. Then she dismounted, swapped Lady's tack from western to cross-country, as there were several logs lying on their sides on the steep slope. "Let’s get some cross-country practise. Shall we?" She remounted and tapped Lady on, leaning forwards into the cross-country position. They both ran down the hill at a brain-numbing speed, only pulling up when they nearly crashed into a bay Quarter Horse. "Opps! Sorry." Emerald apologised to the QH, looking very sheepish.
Lady: Lady ducked her head at the QH, looking very sheepish and apologetic. "I'm so sorry; I didn't expect to meet anyone roaming around."

Damien swung himself off Thunder's back, taking a hold of the reins and leading the stallion to the pasture. After untacking him, he put the tack on the fence and let the Andalusian into the pasture, watching for a moment as the stallion galloped madly around. Puting the tack back, he began to clean it, taking out his grooming kit and cleaning that too.

Emerald: Emerald dismounted, swapping Lady's tack back to western again. "Oh, that’s better" she said stretching. "Do you know how heavy that saddle is? Of course you do, you’re the one who always carries it!" Emerald switched her cross-country bridle for her regular halter, not bothering to put on her western bridle back on again. Then she swapped her cross-country saddle for her western saddle. Finally, she walked round to the stables, with Lady next to her, looking for the tack room so she could dump the heavy saddle and find someone to tell her where she could put Lady out to pasture.
Lady: Lady snorted as Emerald fussed about with her tack. "Can we go already? We've been waiting for ages!" Lady gave her a head bump, then pushed forwards, eagerly searching for some food or grass.

Thunder raised his head, his ears pricked as he caught sight of two newcomers, a mare and a girl. He let a whinny escap his lips, the sound powerful and carrying for a long distance. The stallion tossed his head up and trotted over to the fence, his attention drawn to the mare.

Lady: Lady stopped suddenly, throwing her head up and pulling Emerald over to the fence. She stretched her head across the fence and softly nickered "Hello" to the black stallion who had just trotted up beside them.
Emerald: "Whoa girl!" Emerald pulling back, but it was futile. Emerald ran up to the fence post next to Lady and tied her up with her long lead rope. "Well, it seems like you've made a new friend already. I hope I can get along with the people here just as well. Yeah right." Emerald turned and walked into the stables, determined to find the tack room because her arms were really aching from carrying the cross-country saddle, bridle and her western bridle.

Thunder touched his nose to the mare's, whickering softly to her in greeting. "Hello..." He pawed at the ground lightly, hating the fence that now seperated him from the beauty before him. "And what might your name be, georgeous?" The stallion tossed his head up, his forelock falling before him.

Damien got up from the hay bale he had been sitting on, putting the now clean tack away as he did so. Brushing down his jeans, he picked up his grooming kit and placed it on a shelf before making his way out of the tack room, his gaze falling on a girl carrying tack. "Woah! Do you want some help?" He asked, running a hand through his hair.
