Soon the hunting patrol was gathered and ready to go. Luna wasn’t around, which Loki found a bit odd. He assumed she was out hunting on her own. In Luna’s place, Flint joined them. Four wolves, all skilled hunters. They were bound to catch something good. He followed Rosy, watching as she tried to figure out where they should go hunting. He listened to Rosy intently, nodding at her suggestion. Smaller prey like rabbits and birds could feed a single wolf, but a deer could feed several. ”Good choice. Let’s go get us some deer.” He said with a small smile.

Anya opened her eyes. She wanted to close them and go back to sleep. She could see clearly in her dreams, but in the waking world her vision was nothing but a blur. With a sigh, she sat up. As much as she may want to, she couldn't sleep forever. She stood up and shook out her tawny coat before stepping out of her den. She sat down and surveyed the camp, her jaws widening in a yawn. A few wolves were up and about already, but some were still asleep.

Kayla follows Rosy and Loki away from the pack and into the territory, scanning the area for any signs of food. She listens to Loki mentioning deer and she nods in agreement. "If there is any elderly deer nearby we should catch it." she suggested. "I was taught to only hunt the older and weaker deer so the younger can continue to keep the prey population growing."

The darkfurred brute let out a small chuckle at the Omegas words, flicking his rather large ears and slightly stretching out. He noted Splashes flirty edge, yet pretended not to notice, smirking. "Ah, that's good. I'm doing great now that you've ask, thank you." He grinned and stretched once more, his leg, more specifically his back left leg, getting a little sore. He wasn't that old, but Takkar needed to keep a daily schedule on his upcoming... Yet far off old age.

Raising her head, the fae looked around and in the direction of other canines, contemplating on if she should go and start a conversation.

As the group reached the pine forest he raised his maw checking to see if he could smell anything,His ears laid back as he looked back down, his chocolate brown eyes glistened as he looked around, Looking at the other three wolves taking a deep breath,smelling a possible herd of deer that has recently been through where they where.
Flint looked to Rosy, "Nice suggestion it seems as a herd had passed by here recently."
he said calmly before looking to Loki and Kayla relaying the information to them as well.
"I'd say they passed by here 20 minutes ago,possibly heading East." He paused,"Well..I'm not sure about the direction but the scent is starting to fade, so i'd say about 20 minutes ago." Loki looked around casually to see if he could remember his surrounding before realizing the area, "If i'm not wrong there is a plains area near here right?Perhaps they've gone for a snack.."
The brute looked to Rosy for her comment,as she was leading the group.

Freya stopped and waited up for Dese hopefully Alder hadn't been too far ahead.
Her white fur bristled on the back of her neck.
"This smell,It smells like the loner."

Takkar let out an abrupt bark of a laugh, shaking his head and playfully humorously nudged Splash over, ears flicked forward with full intent now. "Who you calling elder, pup? I'll have you know i can still crush you like a bug!" He said and laughed, tail twitching at the gentle brush of a faint, comforting breeze.
