Darkheart • She-cat • 37 Moons Old • Warrior • Mentions - Moorheart

The wilderness was silent. There were no sounds other than the noises the two cats made. A shiver ran through Darkheart. She walked up to Moorheart, "Something's wrong. It's not usually this quiet." At this point the cats had two choices. They could leave and continue the patrol or stay and see what was happening. Darkheart didn't want to hang around there for much longer but it was the better thing to do. After all, they could find out if anything was wrong. She was certain that something wasn't right and she hoped to leave as soon as possible. The feeling was one she had never experienced before. Ever since she was a kit playing in the nursery or an apprentice learning to hunt there had never been a time with complete silence.

Greykit • Tom • 3 Moons Old • Kit • Mentions - Oakkit

Greykit nodded, "Yeah, whatever. Let's go!" The kit ran out of the nursery and into the Mistclan camp. He sniffed a clump of plants before rushing over to sniff something else. The smells were so strange and exciting to him. He hadn't been out much but he loved it when he was. The kit crouched, pretending to see a mouse and pounce on it, tripping and falling over. He quickly stood and turned to face Oakkit, a happy expression on his face.

Moorheart • Tom • 32 Moons Old • Warrior • Tagged: Darkheart • Location: Wilderness • Apprentice: -
Moorheart remained silent for a moment and sniffed the air, just in case a loner or a bigger predator ventured around the area. He caught a lingering scent of fox in the air, but the scent was still two days old. There was something else though, a scent he couldn't recognize, but it was similar to that of a medicine herb he tried out once in the medicine cat den. "Maybe one of the four hoofed creatures that graze the fields passed this area. But I'm not sure." The tom mewed as he hopped off the boulder and marked the area. "Whatever it is, or was, it must be reminded that this is still Mistclan territory." Moorheart went on with his characteristic stubborness as he listened once again to his instincts.

Litchpaw casted windstar a glare before looking away. She wasnt easedropping she just happened to be in earshot when echolight started talking she was the irresponcible deputy with just running her mouth right away.. as she was digging her claws in the wood bits of wood began chipping off in her own frustration. She released her claws and sat there silently and began licking her paws acting as if she was ignoring windstar. "Mousebrain" she hissed under her breath cleaning the bits of wood from between her claws

Windstar • Tom • 38 Moons Old • Leader • Lives remaining: 9 • Tagged: Litchpaw • Location: Training Grounds • Apprentice: Litchpaw
"Continue sitting there and I'll make sure you'll never become a warrior of Mistclan. Defeat me and maybe I'll see about that."Windstar meowed in a silent, yet derisive voice which masked his more satirical and scornful attitude. His apprentice would never know his true intentions, but the leader wanted a challenge and he knew he would get it if he was patient enough. "Or, do you want to run off with your fellow loner kitties by disobeying your leader's orders?" Windstar asked, trying to give his apprentice a reason to hate him even more. To him it didn't matter at all, as long as the apprentice would learn something by fighting him.

Darkheart • She-cat • 37 Moons Old • Warrior • Mentions - Moorheart

"And if there are two-legs and their monsters, would you still want to possibly risk your life to remind them that this is Mistclan territory?" Darkheart asked. She agreed with Moorheart, they should make sure that whatever it is wasn't going to return but it was best if they were cautious about it. "We just need to be careful. We don't know why the two-legs do the things that they do but they are different from other animals. They cannot be reasoned with." The she-cat shook her head, it was almost in a sad way. If only the two-legs were different. With their shining monsters they could kill cats and tear up forests. They were dangerous and didn't care about the cats in the clans, just about their own kittypets.

Litchpaw stiffened, the fur along her spine prickled andninstead of looking back at windstar with a furious look, she looked at him with a hirt gaze, her eyes had almost instantly watered. She opened her mouth as if ready to defend herself but decided against it. "Maybe..." she whispered as if started to say somthing. Her gaze dropped a defeated look in her eyes. She turned back and and started to trot off, to her windstar sort of crossed a line that shouldnt of been crossed. What ever he was trying to do has the opposite affect, it had seem to wound the young shecats heart. "So you think so to..." she whispered as she trotted off, frustration and sadness made her trot break into a run and then so forth into a sprint. "I dont belong here do i" she stopped at the waters edge and looked out across the lake "starcaln.. if you can hear me.. what am i suppose to do.."

The little she-cat hesitantly followed her brother, her eyes switching focus between different things as new things started to appear in her vision. An exciting smile formed on her lips as she focused on her brother once more. Things have seemed to be going smoothly, but the fear of her mother being angry still resided deep down her head.

Moorheart • Tom • 32 Moons Old • Warrior • Tagged: Darkheart • Location: Wilderness • Apprentice: -
"W-what are you talking about? You know I w-would protect the clan even if it was a two-leg."Moorheart stuttered as he started to panic, he knew he had made a fool of himself. He took a long gulp of air to calm himself down and cleared his mind for once. "You're right, Darkheart. Two-legs are dangerous creatures. Poor ol' Lindenfur reminded me enough to not mess with them. Guess I'm still a kit that still possesses all of that non-sensical bravado." The tom admitted as he went to the base of the boulder. Even though he was young, Moorheart was still sincere enough to acknowledge his own mistakes. Other cats would appreciate him for this, but Windstar would just shake his head in annoyance and scold the former apprentice: "No matter how open you are about it, a mistake is still a mistake, it is up to you whether or not you endanger the lives of others with it." The leader's words echoed through his mind. He immediately banished his flow of memories and went back to reality. "Anyway, this area seems clear. We've covered the north and the west, only the south remains, but we can return to take our prey and follow our tracks back to the camp. It would be too much of a hassle to go all the way back to the river from the southern part of the territory." He said.

Mysterious she-cat

"So, you aren't fitting into the clan life very well, huh? I felt your stranger scent in these parts of the forest for quite some time now." A ginger pelt she-cat mewed as she padded near the edge of the lake, stopping right beside Litchpaw. She was a broad,
tall and solid she-cat with an icy gaze. She bore no scent at all."I've seen you fish, I see quite a lot of things in fact, and I know one thing very well. That they underestimate you."

Mysterious Cat

"I'm Ginger, but soon I'll be Ginger fur because that's what that cranky old cat wants. Say, what are you doing out here? Shouldn't you be in camp with your friends?"The she cat asked, a hint of irony in her dulcet voice. She didn't of course mean it. "Our clan prizes warriors and cats of all ages. If you would join us, you'd be respected and appreciated." Ginger said, re-establishing her serious voice as she faced the younger apprentice, her ears flickering with impatience.
