Just like the rest of us, staff can earn coins for their hard work.

Making and judging an adopt - 50 coins
Completing a nursery batch - 50 coins per child
Completing customs - 50 coins (if not paid)
Completing founders - 70 coins
Answering a question - 20 coins
Enforcing rules in a kind manner - 50 coins

One of the ways you can earn coins is by developing your character. Categories do not stack (aside from lineless)!

Shaded - 30 coins
Simple Bg - 50 coins
Complex Bg - 70 coins
+ Lineless - 20 coins

Fullbodies
Lined - 20 coins
Colored - 40 coins
Shaded - 60 coins
Simple Bg - 70 coins
Complex Bg - 100 coins
+ Lineless - 20 coins

400 words - 40 coins
+ 300 words after - 30 coins

For all categories except misc art: add 40 coins if collaborated (incl roleplay), add 20 per character included, add 1/4th of the total score if gift art, and add 20 if the art is an event piece. These can stack.
For anything not included, such as animation/other mediums, pm me before submitting your form.

Experience can be used to level up your character and make them become stronger. However, in order for something to count for experience, it must be a "full piece"; either writing that's 400 words minimum, or be colored, shaded, and have a background.
