5th of November 1605 Guy Fawkes was found guarding the gunpowder Catholic monarchist plotters placed in the House of Lords to overthrow Protestant monarchist rule and was sentenced to painful public execution. Basically an excuse to light fireworks in November in England.

I looked through the archives and it seems like the only two years they did anything for November 5th were 2009 and 2010. So I don't think they would do anything for it this year, either. I imagine it's similar to Thanksgiving pets for us members in the US or Day of the Dead pets for people in Mexico, not everyone playing lives in the US or Mexico and they don't want to single out any one holiday and possibly miss one, which would make some members sad.

No, but they did release Guy Fawkes themed rats and some firework items, and some firework themed rats as well during those years. That's what I was referring to.

Yeah, it's hit or miss with non- ... usa-federal? abrahamic? emphasized? hallmark? holidays. not sure what to call them really, i can't say only the major holidays because they miss a bunch. for instance, i don't remember if they ever did mothers/fathers day, and that is fairly popular. hallmark is probably the closest descriptor.

Like staff birthdays, marti gras, st lucias day, and i think they did kwanzaa? they only happen ever so often. along with those already mentioned like thanksgiving, cinco de mayo, guy fawks night, and 4th of july.

edit: so all the clocks in my house say its 8 but on cs it says 9? my house is est and so is cs..is cs wrong? i know that all the clocks in my house wouldnt all reset an hour back. ????
