#1 depends on how you value each warrior. Valuing the uncommons at a 09 rare each due to their high demand, you are overpaying, but if you view them as their true value, you're underpaying. It's the same deal for the second trade. Rarity wise, both unfair to your partner, but demand varies from user to user.
