Hey there! I am really bad with items and stuff, but does anyone know if this trade is fair? Thank you so much!

Also This. I'm very bad with the list and demand and stuff and they don't know what they need to add to make it fair.
For reference, mine is at the top of the September List (Dark Leopard) and their's is a tear 7 Advent I think and an old store pet?

looks unfair to your partner. their balloon dog alone is worth 3 blue rose dogs, which are on the same tier as your angel advent. the very rare malk wolf and grinner do not make up two more blue rose dogs.

1st trade: Looks about fair, 2017 store pets are worth early 2010 rares, which together adds up to the late '09 rare lion.

2nd: Rarity wise, they are overpaying- the rat is a tier 15 while the non-balloon dog is only 9 on the main list. If it were me, I would keep the non-balloon just because I personally like it better than the rat, and yes, rats are hard to trade off especially if they're on the list. It's just a preference thing at this point (:

3rd: They're overpaying. The aussie is worth a non + a sorbet, and they want a non + a non-balloon, which is below a sorbet.

4th: Sorbet's a little of an overpay. The gap between the UR dog and the sorbet is a red rose PPS and a dark leopard, and the wolf PPS is a mid advent below the rose PPS, and the malk's at the bottom of the advent list, and even when taking demand into account it doesn't go for as high as a dark leopard.
