personally i'd take the ur aussie, it has average demand and can go for fair trades ;q; it's definitely easier to trade off"

2: A scarf PPS would be overpay for a Hollyfox Dog, they are really hard to get but can go for fair trades or really small overpay (1-2 tiers above them)

3.1: Both the zebra and aussie tend to go for the same price and are really hard to trade off, sometimes it's hard to get even a non for one of them! I'd go by preference since you may need to keep the pet chosen for quite some time!

3.2: The dark wood trade is fair, but I personally wouldn't take it because it's really hard to find someone willing to trade lists for rares. If you want to achieve higher lists or certain list pet I suggest holding on to the advent. You can trade it down for rares easily at any point, but if you trade for rares now it's very likely that you won't get one back if you change your mind!
