There isn't really a "correct" way to do art. There are different styles. Some people prefer more realistic/anatomically correct art and some prefer exaggeration or abstraction. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
(Everyone has room for improvement though, and there are still fundamental rules that can help you improve even if you don't strictly follow them)

Anyway I like how you shaded this!

Ahh true!! Personally, I like realistic/correct anatomy and detailed fur mixed in with some cartoon-ish style. I thought I couldn't improve, but my god was I wrong uwu

And thank you!! I was prcticing shading shapes and everything from different tutorials, and then I decided I liked how I did the shading and drew some fur around it all and I think it looks decent! Not the best, but hey, I'm getting somewhere! qwq
