Familiars are preferably mythical or magical creatures. They can be hybrids (e.g. Julie's Rocky) or they can be Pokémon-like creatures. So if you want to use a Shiro and Kuro or a Kiko as Alex's familiar, you can X3

They can be mythical creatures, but not too big! I'm pretty sure Juliette's is a winged bunny. ^^
On the other hand, Leïa's is a falcon, completely normal. So it's up to you!
