If i'm not mistaken, niether of the pets are on a list
a 2015 store pet is worth around a mid 09 rare, so it's about fair if you count 2 rares = 1 very rare

although it's a rat, it can fetch a sorbet, which is only little underpay or it could even fetch fair trades (blue toxic). I'd take it because I find the red toxic little hard to trade off.
