Willowsong is a cat who comes off as very shy and reserved when you first meet her, much like her brother Paleflame. She is known to be forgetful and easily distracted which causes her to miss out on things she plans in advance or end up always being late. But she is a good listener nevertheless who always seems to be there to lend an ear when a friend needs to vent or asks for advice. She is creative and almost always has an idea on what to do that day or how to have fun. She is afraid of heights, something that embarrasses her quite a lot, and refuses to admit it. Though she wishes she could be one of those cats who climbs trees a lot. She is a strict rule follower, never having been in true trouble before and never wanting to be.

She was born to her parents second litter along with her only brother Paleflame. When they were three moons old their parents were killed while out on a walk when they encountered a badger that had wandered into the territory. Heartbroken, their older sister Riverbriar took them in and went to stay with them for the last three moons in the nursery unwilling to let any current queen take care of them. As a result they are now very close and Willowsong hopes to make their older sister proud of them both one day.

Paleflame seems very shy and cold when you first meet him but once you get to know him he's a very friendly and outgoing cat. He has a great memory unlike his sister Willowsong and tries to keep track of everything important for the both of them. Which means he's constantly reminding her of things she was suppose to do. He is playful and always wants to have fun, needing to be forced to do work occasionally as he'll get too wrapped up being around his friends. He's a bit of a follower, trying to impress the other cats and hoping they'll like him more than he needs to. He's surprisingly a very skilled fighter, better at offensive than defensive moves. This is something he's pretty proud of though he isn't known to brag. He's afraid of badgers, but he hates to discuss them and refuses to ever see one unless need be if one is spotted in the territory. He's more laid back than either of his sisters, which makes him worry sometimes that he's not as good of a warrior as he could be.
