Welcome to the Cry Foxes staffing thread! Here, when the cryphic foxes team
is accepting forms for new team members, you can apply to work with the thread
and hopefully help keep things controlled better and run smoother. Below you'll find
various job descriptions and applications and status marks. Please check the status
marks to know if the job position is currently open or not. Any forms posted for jobs
that are not open will be ignored. Rules are posted directly below this post.

Just as a little note here.. any and all staff is highly urged to join the discord server
to keep in touch easier, and manage things better. Discord is free and easy to use.

• Follow all CS rules.

• Do not steal any of the lines or images used for cryphic foxes. MYO's are currently not allowed and any unauthorized use of our bases will be reported as art theft.

• Do not steal any cryphic fox, only take what is yours. Each Cry Fox only has one owner! Every time a fox is released, the owner's username will be posted with it. If you see someone using a fox for something please PM me immediately.

• Please do not sell or trade your foxes without mentioning it to supermancrayon, if you wish to return a fox you can return it for our currency. When trading, you must send a PM to me (supermancrayon) with any info necessary. I will ask questions if needed.

• Be polite and do not harass any of the staff or anyone on this thread. Nobody means you any harm, so why should you? Let's keep this place nice and cozy, just like we want to be in the Winter season. :3

• DO NOT POST ON THIS THREAD. This thread is STRICTLY for keeping track of when staffing positions are closed/open, and for displaying the different positions. Please keep chat and comments in the "other" section of your form or on the fanclub thread.

Artist

Artists will be the heart and soul of this center! We need artists to produce foxes and come up with new ideas for designs and traits. Artists will be paid 10 stones per fox+baby made, and a free self-made custom for every month served on the team. Artists should make at least 2 groups of 3-4 foxes a month. This is a very lenient rule, I understand if you have real life issues or real life in general that those could get in the way of art, but you won't be removed from the team, your life and health always comes first!! Please just PM me telling me that you won't be able to make as many groups as you planned for that time. When applying, please add as much information as possible. We will review your form and PM you with a response.

Guest Artist

If you would like to be an artist for us but aren't sure of committing to it, or you just don't have enough time, we have guest artist positions available. Guest artists can serve a term on the team for 1 month at a time, from the date they're accepted onto the team. When your term ends you can choose to renew your form and serve another month. Guest artists will be paid 7 stones per fox+baby made. Guest artists should make at least 1 group (MINIMUM) of 3-4 foxes during each term. When applying, please add as much information as possible. Sommer (supermancrayon) will review your form and PM you with a response.

Kinashi (explore) Director

When you are a Kinashi exploring director you will "guide" guests through areas and give them their prizes for exploring. To do this you'll need to open notepad or word and count explores.. to count explores, copy and paste the username of the person that is exploring your area into your notepad/word doc. When you complete counting the users that explore, you can use this number generator (generate 1 number at a time, between 1-100) and then based on the number you roll, you can use this number guide to find the corresponding prize. Users may use certain items to further their travels in Kinashi and get more prizes. Different items have different effects. You can view their effects in the shop section on the home thread. List Organizer and Recorder (Banker)

This job is easy, yet it's also difficult. All banks are on Google Sheets, so there's easy access for specific individuals. As a "banker" you are responsible for recording and adding all kinashi results into the banks for users, as well as at the end of any events that are hosted in which items may be released. You are mainly responsible for tracking kinashi results, but other items may arise in time that need to be added to the bank. Specific exchanges/results such as customs, shop purchases, etc. will be recorded by the person that releases the statement. (ex. the artist that posts the custom, myself when updating shops) 50 stones per week

Thread Moderator

The title of this job is somewhat self-explanatory, and it is a very common job among many CS forums but I will add here what is expected from any of my Thread Mods. First off, any and all forms posted for adopting, exploring, buying items, etc that have a blank section and is not considered a complete form should be quoted and reminded to fill out all sections, even if they're simple. This rule also applies to any forms that may have incorrect information that is needed. (eg. a fox ID for adopting) Thread mods should also always keep their responses professional and straight-forward when replying in PM or on-thread to any adopter. If necessary, PM me with a question before responding if you're unsure of the circumstances. Feel free to quote any of my PM's or posts, or rules for any forum when responding to mistakes to back up your statement, and avoid further confrontation including but not exclusive to.. "you don't know what you're talking about" or "how do you know?" -- When applying, please add as much information as possible.
