Lokai is like a scavenger. He searches for old things and adds them to his collection, except this scarf was an exception.
Lokai decided to try and dig for stuff this time, instead of just looking for old things on the ground. He found some old things in the ground, and then he spotted the scarf. Instantly falling in love with it, he grabbed it and put it on. He decided he would now wear the scarf any place he went to remind him of his weird luck that day.
