The city, a grand place to start fresh. At least that's what most think.
It's the mid-2000s, youngins are looking for condos, apartments, or at least a roommate to share the rent
with. You're in a city, and that city is your typical New York City. Standing at the age of 20 to 27, you're
able to do anything you want, accept whatever the law says. The story is, you are starting life now and
you've decided it would be in New York City. Whether you're a city kid or country girl/boy, you knew you
wanted to start off in a city. Before moving into New York City, you already have done everything you
can online. You found an apartment/condo/roommate, that'll you live in or with. Where you live depends
on who you meet, will you meet friends, enemies, perhaps significant other? Who knows? But now your
story begins, where you control everything that happens.

When making a character it is expected that they are not mary-sues or such.

But what I expect is:

Living Space
They're either renting or owning. Like in real life when people rent and don't own
their living space, their living space will have certain rules, such as like, no pets,
can't do certain things, and etc. You can although own a condo, meaning as long
as you pay up, you won't be out on the streets. Slightly similar to apartments, if
you break certain rules you can or will be evicted, meaning kicked out.

Although, when sharing rent or payments with a roommate I do expect there will be
arguments/disagreements. The one who pays more is able to kick the other out, but
if they pay half and half evenly, one will have to take the upper hand. Couples aren't
allowed to live together, but family/close friends are able to.


Jobs
Your character's job has to be realistic and appropriate for cs rules. But it also has to
be in New York, such as office, business, modern veterinary, etc.



More will be added in the future, for now, this is all you will need.

What to know when looking at this:

The characters will either be ordered by age, youngest to oldest
Or the characters will be arranged by their first name if not their last name.
