Tilu walks around the caves, shaking his head. They needed more hunters. Calling to Kasa, Tilu explained where he was going, then headed out. Running quickly to the pride's sacred area, Tilu laid down, and fell asleep. Meanwhile, Kasa patrolled the area around camp, then tried to hunt.

nuzzling her king's shoulder, sekmeht looked out to the waterfall that could be seen on the basking rocks of the pride camp. Upon her light tan features, a smile began to form. She was the queen of a pride, and a great one at that. Crimson Abyss had always been a great pride, though it had fallen many many moons ago. Now, with Maliki, they would bring it back to its former glory. A pride known for a fierce and ruthless nature, one that was strong and powerful aswell. It would be a great accomplishment, and that she knew for a fact.

Suddenly, she felt maliki's muscles ripple beneath his sandy brown coat. His large mane shook as he gave his head a brisk shake, then settling his yellow-green gaze on sekmeht. "sekmeht.." he murmured in his husky tone, "come with me, let's go by the falls." he said with a smile, tail tip twitching in eager excitement. To most, maliki was a stoic king, one who didn't show a whole lot of expression. With his queen, however, it was a different story. And to show it, Maliki wanted to have his future Cubs with her. The heirs of the pride.

Mohatu looked at the exhausted female lion, the three newborn cubs nursing at her stomach. He could already tell from where he was that there were two males in the group, and that could prove to be a problem. He was not sure what to do about that, but figured he would speak with Kiburi when he got back home. He carefully walked out of the shadows and approached the female.

"What do you want? Who are you?" The female snarled as she looked at him, protectively shielding her cubs.

"I am not here to hurt you." He said, admiring her bravery, "I am simply here to see why you are out here alone. You do not carry the smell of any pride, and it does not make sense for a pregnant lioness to be on her own."

The lioness looked at him warily for a moment, "I would like to not talk about it. I am looking for a new home."

Mohatu helped her bring the cubs back to their camp, happy to see that Kiburi was very successful with her hunt. After introductions, Kiburi and Mohatu went to their private den to sleep, while Udadisi found a shielded spot to stay with her cubs.

~THE NEXT DAY~

The next day, Kiburi and Mohatu did the same thing as before, knowing that these first few days were going to be annoyingly dull.

"Come on." Adhari nudged his mate along to get her to follow him, the newest member of their
pride hot on their heels. Solveig was her name, she was a tan-pelted, bulky adolescent lioness
whom had been roaming through their territory without knowing of their presence. She was ap
art of the Impa pride now, and she seemed to be proud of it, a small smile pressed onto her fa
ce. The three of them walked back to their camp, closely huddling together. They had made st
ops on the way, to hunt for more prey. Adhari was wishing for a shaman for their pride, since t
he pride was growing more and once Maru was to give birth, they would have more hungry littl
mouths to feed, and Adhari didn't want for his offspring to die off suddenly.

Maru had insisted that Adhari took a small break to himself while she and the newly found adol
escent lioness, Solveig, go off hunting and patrolling like they had did earlier. He obediently co
operated with her wishes and while the two were off, he slept for a little while, holding on to t
he thought that he was soon to get a shaman for his pride.

Femi and Boone returned from their hunt, both of them had a single bird in their jaws, Femi dropped the bird in the Fresh-Kill pile, a small pit that wouldn’t do a lion much harm if they fell in, Femi laid out in what would be the nursery, Boone brought her a bird and sat next to her. She quickly ate it, looking over to Boone with an exhausted face. "Need anything love?" he gently roared, Femi nodded. "Is it possible for you to go get a Shaman, I wanna live to see my cubs after they are born.." she roared in anger, Boone nodded, "Calm down" he teased, Femi shook her head with a growl and laid her head on her paws. Boone padded off to the Sun Watcher, a large pool of water abandoned by hippos with the sky's reflection shimmering in it.
