The second trade has more demanded pets than the first trade so personally I would go with the second trade. Plus they have a sorbet in it.
First trade is quantity and second trade is quality.
Anyway, this is all personal preference because both of them are overpaying a lot.

Please explain why they are overpaying
Ok so, their side is only worht a 2014 + 2015 uncommon while yours is a 2011
They would have to add a 2015 uncommon, 2013 uncommon and a 2012 uncommon to make the trade fair
